what can we provide for you?

Whether you’re renovating or building brand new,we provide full technical drawings for you and your selected cabinet maker, and also for the associated building trades involved in your renovation.

The comprehensive drawings include everything required to start the manufacturing process including all relevant elevations, floor plans and technical details.

We also provide a separate ‘client schedule’ that summarises all materials to be used in your new kitchen including soft closing drawers, handles and all storage accessories etc. This is essential for the ordering of your new kitchen.

We will provide you with an exact cost of cabinetry (if using our tradespeople). If choosing your own cabinet maker, everything will be provided so that they can also provide you with exact costings.

If you are renovating, we will need to conduct a site visit, which is the best way to gain accurate measurements, and also to get a better feeling for the space your new kitchen will occupy.

Depending on the design package your choose, there is the option for comprehensive advice on related trades (plumbing, electrical, etc) with your project, additional drawings for your plumber, electrician and builder outlining specific measurements of all relevant appliances as well as suggested electrical outlets and a second site visit where structural preliminary works are going to occur.

We also provide a brief but clear ‘step-by-step renovator’s guide’, which helps you better understand the renovating process and the order in which the relevant trades usually take place.

If you are going to be doing major construction changes (eg. altering windows, ceilings or internal walls) then a final ‘pre-manufacture’ site check will be required before plans can be submitted to your cabinet maker.
